Guidance Programme :

            Guidance sessions in the form of lectures, discussions and seminars are organized.  However, more weightage is given for of the interaction of the candidates with the faculty.  Periodic tests are conducted to assess the performance of the candidates.  A critical appraisal is made on the basis of tests to suggest improvements in the preparation.

Guest lectures by resource persons of eminence in the field of administration, academics, industry and media etc are organized.

Admission Procedure AAC:

The Civil Service aspirants, appearing for CSP, 2015 and wish to seek admission at AAC, are hereby informed that :

Applications for admission to Guidance session at AAC are invited.  An Entrance test will be conducted, if necessary, by AAC for the candidates appearing for Civil Services.

            Syllabus prescribed by UPSC for Civil Services (prelim) 2014 will be the basis of the test. 

Candidates based on interse merit will be short listed and may be called for personality test or directly admitted.

Last Date of submission of application form:  07-07-2014

Date of Entrance Examination: 17-07-2014 at 1 p.m.

Syllabus and Pattern of Exam : Based on UPSC (Civil Services Prelim Exam)

            Admission and Payment of fees  : 20 to 23 June 2014, 11 am to 2 p.m.

Application form can be obtained from AAC office  of the University  against the cash payment of Rs. 500 or a Cross Cheque/DD of Rs. Five hundred only drawn in favour of "Finance & Account Officer, University of Mumbai",  and  to be submitted at AAC office on working days during 11 am to 4.p.m on or before 10 June 2013.

Fee for Prelims      ------  3,000/-

Fee for mains          ------ 5,000/-(50% of the mains fee is to be paid along 

with the Prelim for Subjects for which guidance is provided.)

Candidates availing of constitutional reservation will be charged 50% fee.

Course Details : -

            UPSC/MPSC coaching at AAC is a full time programme w.e.f July 2013 till the 28 February 2014 for CSP 2014.  Time table (Timings :10 am to  5 pm From  Monday to Friday)will be put up on the notice boards, Candidates hopeful of success in Prelim can pay the 2^nd installment of the fees before 15^th June 2014, the lectures will commerce from 3^rd week of June 2014 for Mains.
