In the first year students have to study two compulsory papers and two optional papers from the selected sub-group.  In the second year they have to study two compulsory papers and two optional papers from their respective sub-group.

(b)               M.Phil. (Politics)
Duration - 1½ year
Intake Capacity - 25 

The students have to study three theory papers and submit a thesis on any political issue.

(c)                Post Graduate Diploma Course in Human Rights
Duration - 1 year
Intake Capacity - 80 

The students have to study three theory papers and submit a dissertation on a topic related to human rights.

(d)               Ph.D. in Politics 

Our students are place in various academic and research institutions, governmental and non-governmental organizations and other institutions in India and abroad.
