The Department of Statistics
was organized one day seminar on 18th February 2012
on 'Applications of Statistics . Nearly 150 participants
attended the seminar and following speakers were invited .
Prof. Sayan Sen, Prof. Suresh
Nimbalkar, Prof. Abhay Tewari, Dr. Amita Dalvi, Prof. Abdul
Nasir, Prof. Jaydeep Mukhopadhyay, Prof. Amul Desai delivered
the lectures in seminar.
The department of Statistics was
organized Two days workshop on 'R Software' on 16th & 17th
January 2012 . Prof. V. R. Pavagi , Prof. S. A. Ranade was
guided to participants.
