• Placement and training cell of the department is equipped with motivated and trained faculties to train the students and equip them to suit the present day industry needs. A separate commitee was started during 2009 with a goal of providing training and placing the students in renowned companies. In the last three years it has achieved by getting 75% placements. The Placement cell is headed by the head of the department and all the activities are co- ordinated by the Placement Committee members , HR managers.
  The basic purpose of this cell is to involve industry’s inputs in the form of expert lectures, short-term training for faculty members/ students, projects, laboratory development, sponsoring technical non technical events etc.
  Facilities made available to the students through Training & Placement Cell:
  • Arranging Campus Interviews of various organizations for final year students for their recruitments
  • Arranging guest lectures of Eminent Personalities from Industry for career counseling
  • Co-ordination for Industrial visits arranged by various departments.
  • Co-ordinations with the various departments through T & P for arranging Technical Seminars.
  Every year we get renowned national and multinational companies to our campus, who recruits our students in large numbers.

• The Placement process starts in the beginning of the academic semester where major students get placed and the remaining students are placed in the next quarter.
